General requirement
Qualification: We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- University Degree
- At least 01 year experience in Translation/Interpreting/Communication (include fresh graduates but have experience)
- Have knowledge in software development/IT is an advantage
- Have experience working at Japanese Software Company or studying in Japan is a huge plus.
- IT knowledge is a plus
Skill:
- Good at Japanese (at least 3-kyu/N3).
- Proficient in writing and reading English is a plus
- Good at MS office (Word, Excel, Power point…)
- Good communication skills and translating skills
- Strong teamwork spirit and independent
- Work well under high pressure
- Good thinking, proactive and responsibility at work
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in software engineering, language, etc.
Job description
- Translating document, requirement of customer for Leader/Manager and vice versa
- Working with the team to transfer system requirements/specifications in Japanese to team members.
- Communicate with Japanese clients via Skype, chat-meeting, email
- Training Japanese for team members when necessary
- Support team and be responsibility for assigned tasks
- Other duties assigned by director
- Willing to go onsite (local and overseas) while requested.
Other information
- You will do IQ and EQ test at the first round.
- Probation time is 2 months.
